Cannot book an advanced appointment on the phone - being asked to call tomorrow at 0830 for next appointments released for on day later next week - but when I get through, no appointments left. I was asked could I get to the surgery for 0830 to book an appointment - that is NOT a practical suggestion. On line, I can book an appointment in advance - but cannot get an appointment until 30th May - 27 days hence. The need isn't urgent (if it was, I would have stated this), but it is something that needs to be seen now - when the problem is totally visible. Your system isn't working, how can you fix it?

I see Dr Nearney monthly due to illnesses. He is the most caring and patient Doctor and makes sure your happy about your medication. He really helps you feel at ease and that your being looked after. I cannot express how brilliant this doctor is.

Constantly redialing to get through from 8.30am for 20 minutes to then not even be offered an emergency appointment is poor. Also needed a face to face appointment about another issue/ test result and was told to ring first thing to get an appointment for two days later but they were all gone too! I have never known the surgery to be this bad re appointments and whilst i appreciate they get very busy. When you care for someone who has no speech and a learning disability and they are unwell it's important that you can be allocated a slot, even if it's just a gp call. Now i will likely end up at the walk in center on a weekday ! or risk trying to get an appointment tomorrow after another 20 minutes trying to get through.

I was told by one of the receptionists that the results of the MRI scan were fine but when I had the appointment with the specialist practitioner the results were devastating. Reception staff should not say the results as they are not clinical trained.

Staff are great and will try their hardest to sort anything for you and the staff is under extreme pressure. The whole practice is clean and tidy. There are lots of doctors so you can normally get an appointment quickly . Obviously if you need to see the amazing Dr Nearney you will have to wait as he very popular due his kind and caring manner. He is thorough and goes through everything with you and even listens to your input into your own care. I would never leave this surgery as it’s the best surgery around
